Mount Tyrwhitt
I scrambled up Mount Tyrwhitt alone on 7 September 1997.  It took me 2 hours and 22 minutes to get up to the 2874-metre summit and 1 hour and 40 minutes to get back down.
Going solo again! Sonny pauses to snap a photo of himself on the way up Mount Tyrwhitt.
Not too shabby, eh? Upper and Lower Kananaskis Lakes are visible from the summit as is Mount Sir Douglas (highest peak on the right horizon).
Lower and Upper Elk Lakes Sonny contemplates a future trip into Elk Lakes Provincial Park.  The highest peak visible is Mount Joffre.
It's time to go. Mount Rae, Ptarmigan Cirque and Mount Arethusa dominate the view to the northeast.
