Remembrance Day
Remembrance Day, 11 November 2002, was a busy day for the HMCS Tecumseh Band.  The band provided music for the Remembrance Day ceremonies at the Jubilee Auditorium.  The ceremonies were attended by such dignitaries as Calgary mayor, Dave Bronconnier, and the Vice Chief of the Defence Staff, LGen George Macdonald.  Afterwards, the band led a military parade past the front of the auditorium before rushing off to play hymns for a wreath-laying ceremony at the Calgary cenotaph in Memorial Park.  The band then took a lunch break before playing a short concert at the Kensington Royal Canadian Legion #264.
